Another one by Juice Newton I never can get out of ears: “Loves Been a Little Bit Hard On Me”, or almost anything from Nena, but probably “99 Luftballons” the most.

Hi Tom, is the album good? I admit, I am not very up on music since I had all these kids. I just listen to whatever is on the radio in the car and Alphaville and Falco and The Pet Shop Boys at home.

Once they are teens and have musical tastes of their own, I plan on horrifying them by getting really into the hip sounds that the young people are into and going to their concerts with them and making a huge spectacle of myself. Really looking forward to it as a matter of fact.

I actually really like Fireflies and it was the main reason I bought Owl Cities album.

The ear worms for me are usually anything by the Black Eyed Pea’s (especially Meet Me Half Way).

I’m with you on that Owl City song. But the video redeems the song for me somewhat. (Must be the Speak & Spell.)

I have love/hate relationships with most of the grunge songs I listened to as a teen. Black Hole Sun by Soundgarden, Black by Pearl Jam, All Apologies by Nirvana, Man in the Box by Alice in Chains, Interstate Love Song by STP, etc. I still think of them as good/catchy songs, but for whatever reason I can hardly stand to sit through them anymore.
