I made the eggrolls last weekend fir my parents anniversary.. Big hit, everyone talked about them all night! I used fresh shrimp that I sauteed in a little olive oil and followed the rest of the instructions. Delicious recipe! Making them again tonight!

Thanks for the recipe. I’m always looking for ways to change up the eggrolls I make. There is one thing that might save some time that I would like to share….. using a bag of coleslaw mix(next to the bag-o-salad at your local market) saves time on chopping all the vegies. Looking forward to using the shrimp in my next batch of eggrolls

I read a lot of recipes and can tell just by reading if it will be successful. Your instructions are very thorough and you can tell your Mom passed on some really great tips. Can wait to try it with my teenage daughter for our next party! Sounds so yummy!
