I don’t know about them being the saddest looking. I actually think they look great oozing out yummy fruit filling. I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks this too. Looking forward to trying out my hand at lollypie creation soon.

I haven’t even peeked at the Luxirare’s post because these look dang good just like they are. Why should I go there when these delectable treats are right here?

See, when I look at those crispy, drippy treats, I wanna eat one . I’m not into food porn but, I’m thinking that makes these count.

Your Lollipies look good tracy.
You know when i was a little girl and did things in my mums kitchen..i often really squashed everything up…and served it…my mum would constantly tell me to do it this way and that way…but when i would serve the food to my dad….he would just look at my sad little face and say…”it doesnt matter what shape it is, its all gonna get mixed up in my tummy..”
So since then..i have learned…it should taste good…doesnt matter how it looks…
So bring on the lollipies girl….even if they look like flying saucers…they all taste awsome on the inside;)

These pies, while they look easy to make, are not so easy. I try tomake it look as easy as possible but to be honest I was in my kitchen for 2 days trial and error, in fact my first attempts came out the same as yours. I went back and figured out how to seal the pie really tight so that nothing would leak. The filling also has to be somewhat thick. I made about 3-4 inferior pies because I had one come out that looked half way decent.

From what I can see here though, they look mighty delicious and that is really..all that matters in the end. Judge the contents not the cover!
