		<description>It really isn&#039;t that hard to reduce our calories by a little.  It&#039;s funny - when we lose weight we want it to happen instantly and lose motivation if it doesn&#039;t.  But we don&#039;t gain weight instantly - it slowly creeps up.  Losing weight should be the same.  I haven&#039;t been following my healthy eating recently and am starting to feel the difference.  My excuse was being sick for so long - I figured since I felt so horrible that it was perfectly acceptable to eat candy for dinner ;-)

Right now, my thought is that it probably isn&#039;t a great method for those who don&#039;t need to eat a ton and don&#039;t need appetite suppression. It seems like just being more mindful of what I eat will accomplish the same goal.

On the other hand, if you look at the IHMMB forums there are a lot of people who are very excited over this, so nobody should discount this diet just because it&#039;s not working miracles for me. 

It&#039;s not hurting me so I&#039;ll stick with it for at least a month. I&#039;ve chosen oils with Omega 3s so I will at least get health benefits from that!</description>

		<description>Mindless Eating is a great book.! It sounds like you have mixed feeling so far. Diets usually have a honeymoon period of two weeks where you love it- you do not seem to be there. I will be interested to see how week 2 turns out!
