It is NOT the fault of the dress that you do not know where to wear it. It is NOT the job of a dress to be practical. If you want to be PRACTICAL you should wear pants, or shorts, if it is very hot outside and there aren’t a lot of thorns/leeches around where you will be. The dress is supposed to FIT, it is supposed to FLATTER and since this is Target, it should be good value for money. It seems that these conditions were met, yet you are PUNISHING THE DRESS by giving it four stars instead of five, because YOU, Milly Squire, don’t know where to wear it. Three stars, Milly Squire, I give you three stars and that is being generous.
