Of course you CAN sick some friends on them if you want ;) . Trolls are bad but hackers are WAY worse. That's not to say that you couldn't institute an "I can change your title as I see fit" rule. This is your house. Plus, you could give out good AND bad titles. Make it a little more fair than those stupid chicklet systems of reputation they have.
